Terms of service


Quality of Service

Our service works with fully licensed and insured limousine companies in Las Vegas, Nevada. By agreeing to our Terms of Service, you guarantee to release us from any and all damages, claims, and disputes that may arise from electing to use a limousine company's service as a result of rides booked via our website.

Are the prices shown per person or per vehicle?

The number of passengers does not affect the price. The prices shown are always per vehicle and include all taxes, gratuities, and fees. The maximum number of passengers and bags which can comfortably fit in each vehicle is shown by each car model in the form of ordering.

Flight info policy

It is the client’s responsibility to provide accurate flight information (flight number and airline) at the time of booking. If one is not provided at the time of booking, we are not responsible for delays of pickup.

Delay Policy

We are not responsible for natural circumstances that are beyond our control, including, but not limited to, traffic congestion, road closures, accidents, flight delays or weather delays.
Client understands that unforeseen traffic, road or weather conditions delay travel. But we guarantee that, every effort will be made to dispatch the limousine and to arrive at the designated pick up locations on time.

Luggage and Pets

Each vehicle can carry a specific number of pieces of luggage. Therefore, you have to choose the type of vehicle that can fit the number of passengers and their luggage. The price of the service given, includes the number of pieces of luggage in the reservation form. If the passenger has more luggage than the vehicle would fit, lady or gentleman will need to choose a different type of vehicle. We reserve the right to refuse to carry any additional luggage or animals that were not agreed on when the reservation was made. This also applies to animals that are not placed in their crate.

Billing

We accept PayPal and most credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express (Amex). All credit cards will be ID verified. All sales are final. Our chauffeurs receive the 20% service fee in full as their gratuity.

During the Service/Ride

We are not responsible for personal property left in the vehicle. Passengers are prohibited to open the vehicle door while the car is moving, throwing objects from the vehicle or shouting and sticking body parts out. Standing up in our the vehicles is prohibited, even if the vehicle is stopped in traffic and should be seated at all time. Underage passengers should always be accompanied by one or two adults. All of our cars are non-smoking.

Food consumption is not recommended. If any of the passengers get sick in the vehicle, and/or damage the interior of the vehicle a $200 cleaning fee will be charged to the credit card on file.

These fees are necessary due to the costly cleaning, and the downtime for the limousine. The chauffeur will be more than happy to pull over should someone get sick. Also the fee still has to be paid even if you decide to try to clean it yourself. No exceptions. Chauffeur has the right to terminate the trip, without refund, if a lady or gentleman feels that the party is not abiding by the above rules or is putting the vehicle or the chauffeur at risk.

Alcohol Policy

No alcohol will be allowed in any limousine when all passengers are under the age of 21, even with parental permission. No exceptions. Should any alcohol be found in any vehicle, our chauffeur reserves the right to terminate the charter immediately and return all the passengers to the original pick up point. There will be no refunds for any unused time.

NO SHOW

If a client fails to show at the designated location for which a reservation has been made, a No Show Fee equal to 100% of the total trip cost, including gratuity, is charged to the credit card on file. This includes any cancellations after a chauffeur has reached or is in route to a reservation’s location.

Pre-employment and random certified drug and alcohol testing is conducted, and every chauffeur's driving records are checked yearly to meet all safety requirements.

Governing Law

This Agreement and its performance shall be governed by the laws of the state of Nevada, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. You consent and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Clark County, the State of Nevada, United States of America, in all questions and controversies arising out of your use of this site and this agreement.

WE NEVER RENT, SELL, OR DISTRIBUTE ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION, INCLUDING E-MAIL ADDRESSES.

We reserve the right to make changes to this policy. Any changes to this policy will be posted.
