In order to properly evaluate your credit application and submit it for approval to the appropriate lender, it is necessary for us to obtain certain “non-public personal information.”  This information may be obtained both from you and as needed from third parties including but not limited to, credit bureaus, your employer, current creditors and institutions with which you have depository accounts. Types of “non-public personal information” which we may collect include: your social security number, income, assets, credit history, non published phone numbers, and email address.

Information Sharing:

We do not sell or share your information with non-affiliated third parties. Access to your “non-public personal information” is restricted internally to those employees that “need to know” in order to process your loan application. In the normal course of processing your loan application it is necessary to share certain private information with lenders and third party service providers. The minimum amount of information needed and only that information relevant to the service they provide will be disclosed.
